Law360, New York (September 03, 2014, 2:55 PM ET) — Duke Energy Corp.’s renewable energy arm said Wednesday that it will build a fifth wind farm in southern Texas that will generate 110 megawatts of electricity, the utility giant’s 10th clean energy project in the Lone Star State.
